What do I do if I need a new product or data value added?

Identify what you need:

  1. Review KOR products and data values here
  2. Identify what you need, this could be:
    1. A new product
    2. A new data value (always check to see if KOR has the value you need but in a different format than your internal system)
    3. A change to a current products validations.

Submit a ticket to KOR:

  1. Create a support ticket: How do I create a support ticket
  2. Select ticket type "I would like to request a product (data value)"
  3. Please provide as much detail as you can, this will speed to the process. For example:
    1. What do you need (see above)
    2. What field(s) are impacted
    3. What values do you need added
      1. if you need a reference rate/index added please provide a link to the publication
  4. Add any supporting materials, items such as:
    1. Sample confirmation (feel free to blackout details as you see fit)
    2. Index publication
    3. Contract Specification (internal or exchange published)
  5. Impacting KOR Service
  6. Impacting Environment
    1. Do you need this in Production now or just for testing
  7. Any other details
    1. Details such as the date you need this by helps us prioritize and get everyone what they need!

Do NOT wait until the last minute! 

When you know you are going to start trading new products notify KOR as early as possible so that we can set up any products you need for testing and go live so that you aren't late in reporting or have to wait to start trading. 

KOR can add data values and most products within 48 business hours or less, but sometimes more complex validation changes will require broader testing and notifications as they can impact for firms than just your ow.n.
