Automated (recommended)
Users can verify the acceptance of their ingestion through comprehensive status codes returned by the API, providing clear indications of success or failure. Additionally, detailed error messages and logs facilitate thorough auditing and reconciliation processes.

Some of the actions you can take:
1. Get a list of ingestions
2. Get the details of an ingestion
3. Resolve the failed ingestion by ignoring it
4. Reprocess an ingestion
Here is a step-by-step guide to monitoring ingestions:
1. Send an Ingestion request via the API. If there is no response, try again after 5 seconds.
2. Wait for 5 seconds, then check the Ingestion API using the identifier provided in the previous step.
3. If there is still no response, retry after another 5 seconds.
4. If there is no response after the second try, wait for 1 minute before retrying.
5. If there is still no response, it's time to trigger an internal alert and escalate the issue to support@korfinancial.com.
Manual
For low volume clients who prefer manual uploads, our platform offers a user-friendly interface with rich functionality to easily monitor the submission process. Should any issues arise during the manual upload process, clients can escalate them directly to our support team at support@korfinancial.com for prompt assistance and resolution. This option provides a hands-on approach for clients who may have smaller submission volumes.
