How to create a Rule Set?

Before you create datafeeds, you will need to have a Rule Set created.

The Rule Set is a group of rules that are applied on an ingestion. These allow you to assign a Data Feed. Rulesets can generally be created for each stream e.g. Transactions, Positions, Collateral, Product, etc.
