      What is a datafeed and how do I set one up?

      How to use datafeeds to manage how rules are applied to your submissions

      Datafeeds allow you to identify and characterize source data systems and apply rule sets to them. To set them up, navigate to the configurations tab in KOR RS. This can be helpful for: 

      - Managing rulesets across automated vs manual upload 

      - Naming and organization to allow for easier navigation

      - Indicating whether a feed includes supplemental data 

      In order to set up a data feed, navigate to the Configurations tab in KOR RS and click "Add Data Feed" in the top right. 

       

      Within a Data Feed, you have the ability to update

      - The Name to be used within KOR 

      - Source System (a name that is recognizable to a client

      - Feed Type (Trade, Entity, Product, Ref Data, Relationship, Portfolio, etc) 

      - Delivery Mechanism

      - Rule Set 

      - Status 

      - Supplemental data status
