Transactions

How do I indicate for and access data to a trade that was executed anonymously?

What are anonymously executed trades?

Trades executed on a SEF or DCM that are intended to be cleared in an execution model where each counterparty is not aware of the other counterparty prior to or after the transaction is executed.

How to indicate on message?

When reporting a message, the Reporter must submit the field [Anonymous execution indicator] and indicate "True" when applicable.  Anonymous execution indicator is only required when [Registered Platform Indicator] is set to True.

Access

Access to data in KOR SDR related to a swap transaction executed anonymously on a SEF or DCM, and intended for clearing at a DCO shall not include the identity or the legal entity identifier of the other counterparty to the swap.  Nor shall it include the other counterparty's clearing member for the swap.  This further applies to any KOR Client accessing data on another KOR Client’s behalf in a delegated reporting capacity.

The counterparty identifier is always masked regardless if it is an LEI, PLI, or NPID.

Note: viewing as a counterparty also includes companies that have delegated access to that entity, in such cases they act as if they are that entity for access.

Querying Specifically for Masked Counterparty Data

If a Counterparty or Counterparty Agent queries a report specifically for trades of a masked Counterparty on the other side of the trade where the [Anonymous execution indicator] is "True", then the resulting report will not return those trades.
