How do I change the email address of a user ?
Depending on the type of user, the process to update emails can vary:
- Regular user with UI Access: The registered admin user will need to create the new users [with the new emails]. That new user will complete their set up to get access to the UI. Once complete, the admin user must go back into the UI and suspend the users [with the old emails]. See article.
Next, add the new email domain in the "Client Details" screen (this is the screen that pops up after clicking on the entity in KOR Central). - API user: Please send email to support@korfinancial.com or create a ticket and KOR Support can update the email from the backend. No further action is needed from you during and after the update occurs.
