Singapore: How should reporting entities report under the data field “Reporting obligation of specified person”, if the specified person has multiple jurisdictional reporting obligations?

MAS notes that reporting entities may have operational challenges with regards to  reporting the data field “Reporting obligation of specified person”. Considering this feedback, MAS has clarified in the MAS Reporting Guidelines that currently, it does not expect specified persons to report that data field. MAS will consult with the industry  before providing further guidance to any changes to this expectation in the future.
