      Singapore: Can a reporting entity use an internally generated UTI if it is unable to obtain the final UTI in time?

      Where a reporting entity is unable to obtain the final-UTI in time to meet its reporting  obligation deadline, the reporting entity may, as an interim measure, report an internally  generated interim-UTI in a proper format that is identifiable by the reporting entity.
