      Singapore: Are spot FX contracts reportable?

      Spot FX contracts are not reportable under the SF(RDC)R because such contracts are not derivatives contracts. However, please also check the information regarding the reporting of FX  swaps, which can be seen as a combination of a spot contract and a forward contract.
