RS: What happens before implementation hand off to production go live?
Prior to transitioning Client to KOR's standard support model, the following activities will be completed to ensure a smooth and confident handoff:
- Training and Enablement
KOR will provide comprehensive training sessions to the Client’s designated operations and compliance teams. These sessions will include:
- Daily use of the KOR Reporting platform (Clients are expected to have users that will login to the system daily)
- Navigating key features and tools
- Understanding the reporting dashboards and monitoring tools
- Overview of built configurations and how they function
- How to make updates and manage configuration changes through KOR’s no-code interface
- Configuration Sign-Off
All configurations and rules applied within the system will have been:
- Documented and reviewed with the Client
- Fully tested across all in-scope jurisdictions and asset classes
- Approved and signed off by the Client prior to go-live
- Go-Live Readiness Confirmation
KOR will confirm the following with the Client:
- All onboarding documents and data are complete
- Data ingestion, transformation, and output flows are operating as expected
- Reconciliation processes are configured and functional
