Onboarding: RS Testing -Reporting & Data Retrieval Test (RDRT)
Purpose: Testing the setup, execution, and retrieval of reports and data.
Objectives:

Client defines the reports and/or API data retrieval requirements needed for internal controls.

KOR provides API or SFTP documentation to the Client’s development team.

KOR assists in configuring reports as specified by the Client.
Expectations:

Client tests report execution and data retrieval to confirm functionality.
What KOR Does

Provides the Client with a list of available reports and documentation on APIs.

Recommends suggested controls for the Client to implement.
-
Assists the Client with questions and provides training on how to configure and run reports.
What the Client Does

Determines which reports and APIs they wish to implement.
-
Configures and executes the selected reports.
-
Tests all reports and APIs intended for use in production.

Typically 1 to 10 days.

Can be done before, after, or in parallel with Historical Data UAT
