How to update your Legal Name (not LEI)

This article provide the details for the Client who wants to update the legal name

Clients can contact KOR Support, and in order to amend the legal name, they must supply the following information to support@korfinancial.com:

• Evidence from the Government Portal , official letter signed by an authorized signatory on company letterhead.
• Effective Date
  
  

Client must also update the legal name with the Local Operating Unit (LOU - IE GLEIF). Once this update is made KOR will automatically reflect it in our system. We cannot make a name change until it is updated with the LOU.
