How do I download reports?
Downloading executed job report (based on Report Definition)
From the Report Definitions screen:
- The date and ID parameters of a Last Report Job is shown for each Definition. The output of the last successful report job can be downloaded directly from the row
- To review the parameters of an existing Report Definition, click on a Report Definition Row. This opens Report Definitions details screen with Setup and Job History tabs:
Select download type
The User can select to download the report in CSV (comma separated), CSV (pipe delimited) or JSON.
JSON is good choice if you want to directly upload the data back to the SDR using the Upload screen.
From the Job history screen:
- In Job History you can review and download past report jobs based on the selected report definition. Each report job shows relevant IDs and date ranges used in a particular job along with the timestamp of when a report was run:
