How do I re-process regulatory messages through my rules?

When you update a mapping that was incorrectly applied to a regulatory message, you can utilize our reprocess functionality from any stage along the way

Usually, when there is an issue with a mapping, a rejection will be created in the pre-validator.

In the pre validator, you will see the option to group messages by rejection, rejection type, rejected field, or as granular as an individual rejected message. This allows you to target the exact level of granularity you need for reprocessing,

For messages that were validated but were tied to an out of date mapping, you can reprocess in the at screen.

In the messages tab, click the icon in line to reprocess the message.

If you want to reprocess a batch of messages, you can filter down by jurisdiction and other parameters, then select all or a selection using the checkboxes. The reprocess button will then appear at the top which will reprocess all selected messages when checked.

You can also reprocess in the Ingestions tab - allowing you to reprocess all messages associated with a particular upload.

You can also do this from the Issues tab which allows you to filter down to the issue type so you can group and target what you want to reprocess.
