Volumes
We kindly ask you to populate the Airtable with your expected message volumes. This will help us accurately scope your integration and ensure system configurations are optimized for your needs.
When estimating your volumes, please consider:
- Whether you will be pre-filtering your data before sending it to KOR.
- In some cases, filtering out transactions that are clearly not reportable can help reduce noise.
- However, to avoid missing potentially reportable data, it's often beneficial to include more and let KOR’s eligibility and validation logic manage exclusions.

If you’re unsure about your filtering approach or would like guidance, we’re happy to walk through this with you.
