Creating a Project Team for Integration into KOR

Establishing a project team is a crucial step in integrating with KOR. To facilitate this process, KOR has provided an Airtable view with suggested team members. This table serves as a flexible starting point, allowing teams to customize roles based on their specific needs.

Guidelines for Team Formation:

  • Role Assignments: Some smaller teams may not require every listed role, while larger teams may need multiple individuals assigned to each role.
  • Jurisdiction & Asset Class Customization: The Jurisdiction and Asset Class columns should be populated based on the scope of the project. Lines can be added if the role is filled by different individual(s) for each scope.
  • Adding Team Members: Clients can add additional lines as necessary to accommodate their structure.

By structuring the project team effectively, organizations can ensure a seamless integration into KOR.

Communication & Collaboration

For teams using Slack, KOR can also set up a shared Slack channel to facilitate real-time communication and quick issue resolution. This provides an additional layer of accessibility and responsiveness, keeping all stakeholders aligned throughout the integration process.

KOR recommends creating a group email to streamline communication among project team members. Ensuring that all client and KOR team members are included in emails is critical for maintaining transparency and continuity. This approach allows for seamless collaboration, ensuring that if a team member is out of the office, another can step in without disruption.
